This necklace is a sculptural layering of natural elements — flowing vines, hand-sculpted leaves, and two stunning gemstones. The base is a heavy silver circle that anchors the whole piece, while dimensional leaves wrap and overlap to form a graceful asymmetrical vine.
At the center, a tourmalinated quartz sparkles with fine black threads of tourmaline crystal — like tiny tree branches suspended in quartz. Just below, a vibrant purple iolite adds a bold pop of color reminiscent of an early spring bloom pushing through bare winter branches. A hand-forged silver flower is tucked into the design, adding softness and a subtle nod to nature’s resilience.
Handmade in our Connecticut studio using solid sterling silver. The back is hallmarked with Argentium 940 and signed RL for Roxann Lizardi. The finish is oxidized to bring out the texture and polished to a high shine.

Argentium Sterling Silver is a high grade of sterling silver. Traditional sterling silver is 92.5% silver while Argentium is 94% pure silver. In addition to a higher silver content, Argentium is also certified nickel free, created from recycled silver, brighter white in color and is naturally tarnish resistant due to having less copper present than traditional silver. Argentium Sterling Silver is transparent about what their alloy is so you can be sure you are getting hypoallergenic nickel free sterling silver. We love working with this silver and the bright shiny polish we can achieve with it!
